EXCHANGES + STORE CREDIT
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish to exchange your pieces, we have a 21 day return window from the date of receiving the product. We do not provide a refund for change of mind purchases however, we offer an exchange or store credit valued for 12 months on any non-piercing items.
*Pierced earrings & body piercings are non–returnable for reasons of hygiene.
All returned items must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage and in all original packaging that it came in.
RETURNS
Our pieces are all made with love from our finest craftspeople and thoroughly checked by our team before sending out however, we apologise if you have received a damaged, defective or an incorrect product! Please submit a request via live-chat or send us an email at info@glamourjewels.co.nz with your order number, a description and photos of the defective, incorrect or damaged product and our team will aim to assist you within 1-3 business days with further instructions regarding how to return your products.
If you would like to return your item in store please kindly also contact us via email first so we can resolve the issue and prepare a remedy for you. We can not guarantee a suitable replacement product in our stores if you do not reach out to us prior.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item if you change your mind about your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a valuable item, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
